Executive Director


Henry Shannon Jr. is an accomplished executive and leader, currently serving as the Executive Director of Missouri Community Partners. With a mission to facilitate and promote the building of resilient children, healthy families, and strong neighborhoods, Missouri Community Partners aims to prepare residents of the St. Louis metropolitan area to succeed in a global economy through collaboration, programming, and resource development.

 

With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Henry has dedicated his career to youth mentorship and family development. His extensive knowledge and expertise have been honed through his work with various organizations, including St. Louis Job Corps, Better Family Life, The Little Bit Foundation, and St. Louis Arc.

 

Henry has demonstrated a passion for empowering individuals and communities throughout his career, focusing on creating opportunities for growth and success. He has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations and has dedicated himself to implementing effective strategies and initiatives to address those challenges.

 

As the Executive Director of Missouri Community Partners, Henry is committed to leveraging his extensive experience, strategic vision, and passion for community development to make a lasting impact in the St. Louis region. Through innovative programming, resource mobilization, and collaborative partnerships, he strives to create a stronger, more resilient community where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
